Murdock Wins GOP Primary For State Senate Seat in District 27

In a winner-take-all Republican primary Tuesday, Rep. Casey Murdock of Felt won 33 percent of the vote to win the nomination in a field with five other candidates.

Murdock, who currently represents District 61 in the Oklahoma House, will meet Amber Jensen, the lone Democrat, in the General Election on Tuesday, Feb. 13.

Amber Jensen D-Woodward (pictured above) will face Rep. Murdock R-Felt in the General Election on Feb. 13 to fill former State Sen. Bryce Marlatt’s seat in District 27.
