In a winner-take-all Republican primary Tuesday, Rep. Casey Murdock of Felt won 33 percent of the vote to win the nomination in a field with five other candidates. In a special election Tuesday to fill the Woodward County Commissioner seat in District 1, Republican Troy White defeated Democrat Michael Kee. White received almost 87 percent of the vote, while Kee received 13 percent. The final tally had 318 votes for White and 49 for Kee.
